She just says that she tries to make sure that for at least 60% of the week, she's eating healthy meals, and she just talked about walking and journaling and really keeping a good mindset. And that really kind of spoke to me because I feel like when I look at kind of health centered or healthy lifestyle centered things, there's not a lot of balance in them

Like, I used to swim, I was on the swim team and I haven't swim in a while, so I've been going like a couple of days a week and I'm trying to really ramp it up soon and I feel like it's just balance is something that can be applied across the board. So thank you for posting this. If you check out that video, please let me know your thoughts on it because I think it's a pretty good one
