I mean, you should tell yourself to calm down in a situation you actually need to calm down. And sometimes you have to say to yourself, It's not that big of a deal, so don't freak out. Take a circle. Accepting emotions as they come helps you to get more comfortable with them. Accepting emotions may lead to greater life satisfaction and fewer mental health symptoms. Third technique is to try meditation. Meditation can help you increase your awareness of all feelings and experiences

Hi Kashish. It was really very helpful. And, you know, the first step should be that we should recognize our emotions. We should first let us see what we are feeling. We should accept the fact that we have been hurt. And yeah, this was very helpful. And meditation can be very helpful for a person who is going through something
