Like spirit will always say you a nudge or a little sign, often even your angels and stuff to let you know when you need to slow down, or when you need to pick up the pace, or when you need to think about something. Go with them. You would know intuitively what those things are when you get those nudges, but you got to trust yourself to know that. And I don't even feel like we don't trust ourselves to know what's going on
