An easy way to stop your overthinking 😇

Try doing this daily and trust me, you will be thanking me later. You will see a huge difference. Your thoughts will be reduced. The pattern of thoughts that keeps on repeating and the same thoughts that keep on going in your head you will see that they have stopped. And it's a very good exercise for your brain

Well, yeah, I think you're right. I've done the same thing in the past. In fact, I've written down everything, burnt it and flushed it. You know, just in case. But it has worked. Yeah, you're right

And he used to think where are you? What you are doing and all. I am just missing all of those things. So the thing was that I was afraid of being alone all the time. I used to think, Nake, I need to make the bond once again with someone. How would I be able to do it and all? But now the worst part is I started missing him

And whatever is going to happen in future, it will be for your best. First, have confidence in yourself. Start loving yourself. Take a new job and do something with your life. Do something meaningful with your life. And when love has to happen, it will come on its own. You don't have to think that how I'll fall in love or what kind of a partner you're going to get

And that way not only we can unburden that thought in our mind, but we can also stop any counter thoughts from arising. And when we write down our thoughts by hand, we can only write one word at a time. So your thoughts slow down to match your writing speed and it is easier to slip out of the overthinking mindset. And because of that, we get a clear mind and we notice that what thoughts are worth our time
