Emotions

article image placeholderUploaded by @KangooKiddd
Overrated emotions lead to, in my mind, lead to institutionalization, like whether it be the prison systems, mental institutes, whatever the case may be. So don't allow your emotions to fall in the pocket of corrupt people. That's what I want to end this way. Don't allow your emotions to fool in corrupt people

Emotions are I think we all have operated in our emotions at one time or another in life. One of my situations, just one that's coming to my mind, was even in a relationship, actually, it was a marriage at one time, and it was being overloaded gas lit all the time or just dealing with subjects, not with a mature person, caused my emotions to overflow. Like, I couldn't hold it anymore

It's important. So thanks for this conversation. Is really multidimensional and can be very transcendental of a conversation to have on many, many levels. But simply put, very important. You said it. Appreciate you bringing it to the table to have a little discussion and I hope I can contribute a little bit of information to you and let's see if we can see get some other people in here to share their perspective on it

I literally know people in my family that never express themselves had a lot of things that bottled up and when they got sick and ill. I mean. When they got sick and older. They just kind of. Like. Kind of let it out and it was toxic in nature. And it was things that they were talking about that happened 30 and 40 years ago of people they hadn't forgiven. And like, why have you never talked about any of that? Why?
