Want to be in leadership? Be careful what you ask for.

So now they have to come into a difficult organization, make up for what was lost with the previous administration. They've got to build culture and build teamwork. They've got to have the rest of the team start to trust them. But they've got to do it in a way that also shows urgency with accomplishing the goals and the tasks that need to happen in general for the organization to thrive. So what's a leader supposed to do?

Kind of like what you let onto in this simply based on the requirements for being a successful leader. And it does matter to differentiate a successful leader because I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I feel like anyone who's an unsuccessful leader is just a manager. And I'm not sure that we need more managers in the world. My personal opinion anyway. But it's important to distinguish between entrepreneur and what a good friend once taught me was an entrepreneur
