The golgappa’ that made me fit!

In this journey, I have discovered many things about myself and done things which are almost impossible for me as a child or even as an adult. I had never run in my life. But I can proudly say that my fitness journey enabled me to run the Standard Chartered half marathon of 21 km twice. So folks, this is what fitness does to you. It just doesn't make you physically active. It plays magic with your mind too

A glimpse of my fat to fit journey! #health #fitness #story #motivation #self care #love yourself

Exactly. And so, yeah, it was a personal decision to finally start working out at home. I just used to do freehand exercises, looked up a few on YouTube and did those. And yes, by the end of 2020, that is when the lockdown was almost over. Not really over, I guess. On 2021, it was reinstated once again. But towards the end of 2020, I remember the lockdown was becoming a bit less, the restrictions were becoming less

Hi there. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my swell and I'm so glad that my story resonated with you. And in fact, thank you for sharing your fitness journey as well. I think, as you rightly pointed out, perseverance and consistency is what will go a long way in us maintaining our healthy lifestyle and maintaining our fitness levels. So I just hope and pray that we continue with these two things and achieve more and more in our fitness journey

I know the reason is maybe stress and exams, and as long as you're in this health related field or you're pursuing your Masters in pharmacology, it's not barely possible because you're just, like, stressed the entire time. And my body reacts very differently to stress, and it just keeps on losing weight after post exam season

So I think if you mindfully sorry, without sounding preachy, if you kind of mindfully, try and do even one or two changes, but without getting too stressed about the number of Kgs that you want to add, I think you will achieve your goal. That would be my two cent on it, but yeah. Nonetheless, best of luck to both of us. Hope we continue our fitness journey one way or the other. Cheers. Thank you

Hey. Thank you for this story, and I will really keep your advice in mind, and I won't get stressed about it, and I'll try gaining weight. That's all I can say. And thank you for replying back to me. But your story really motivated me and inspired me to be on the right track. So thank you again. Thank you once again. Bye
