There is another verse in the Bible that says judge people because you are going to judge the angels so people in authority can judge anyone. So it is like that and Jesus'judgment is absolute. He weighs all the intentions and knows everything and it is not needed to explain anything to him and even demons fear his judgment and say it is right.
