And that's when you say okay, I understand that the downs are part of life, but I want to be up again. I want to be in the top of the royal Cost again. Because I felt so much that I want to be like that again. And I understand his position. I understand that some people might think that being sad is not okay and you have to start doing something right away not to be sad again

Why am I even trying? Like imposter syndrome comparison, being the thief of joy, all of that and like toxic comparison. And she's like, yeah, if you feel that you need to emotionally, you feel those things, give them a voice because obviously they're coming up for whatever reason, and they're going to be in my subconscious even if they're not in my conscious mind

So it's very smart, let's say, to think about yourself and to allow yourself to be not okay for some time and then go back to the UK at some point when you're ready. Yeah. And as you say, it can take a day, two days or a week for some people, some more. Yeah. That's okay. Not to be okay
