I feel like, yeah, definitely the solution is to do, but when you're stuck at the point where you are too afraid to do, I feel like even remembering what causes doubt that you've outlined so well, I feel like that's really helpful, because when you can see it laid out like that right

Actually, most recently, just to share an example with you, I'm currently in talks with Japan Airlines for a pretty big marketing and campaign project. My company, as a consulting management consulting company, I'm representing a client, currently a professional athlete in facilitating this deal. And tell you what, there's a lot of parts of me saying, what authority do I have? Who am I? Sometimes this imposter syndrome kicks in, right? Like, do I belong in this space? Right?

And I think one of the reasons, especially with raising kids, is exposing them to failure, allowing them to take risks when they're still young, whether it be jumping off the couch and falling on their face a few times and encouraging them to try it again and reminding them that if you're going to keep on doing that, that there are consequences. Right. And it just reminds me of my daughter. She loves jumping off of things and she loves doing slightly risky things

I'm a single father of two and it's definitely an ongoing process of learning and connecting with our children and maintaining a balance when it comes to parenting and allowing our children to explore and develop their own resilience through experiences of failing and getting back up and trying again. And it's just amazing, right, the sheer persistence that our children have and the courage that they have trying and exploring this massive world we live in, right? They definitely are sponges
