But my question to everyone who's listening to this well is is this the right approach? Should one be doing job before dwelling into the family business or should one directly go into business? Or is there a third option where the person does the job all by themselves if they are invested into it and they don't go into the business at all?
You need to work from nine to six directly. Going into the business will create some kind of confusion. You will get a mentor over there. But believe me, when you chose a job, you will understand, you will do mistakes on certain level

I think now I am a bit more confident than I was a year back to start into something that is what is the bread and butter of my family. So I believe that a year of experience in some other firm where I was not put in a favorable condition, but a very normal one, where everyone was treated with the same responsibilities and the same favoritism

And so lot of people have very successful careers without having found their quote unquote calling or true calling. And there have been lots of disillusioned people who having found their true calling, have abandoned it after a certain point in time. So there isn't a pattern to this. Like I said, it's the theory of diminishing marginal utility in either of the choices. So therefore the endeavor ought to be to succeed and be the best at it
