Ahead. Greetings. Well, family, I had an opportunity to speak at a health symposium yesterday because that's what I do. I'm a heart disease and diabetes survivor with the insulin pump, pacemaker and a purpose. And my goal is to encourage and uplift others who may find themselves living with similar health challenges. And I love to do it through poetry and prayer
