The book is a compilation of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar's knowledge sheets covering a wide range of topics which were sent out every day for a period of seven years to help sincere seekers navigate their life journeys and answer their questions, dilemmas and problems along the way and help them grow. It has been an eye opener for me, both in the manner in which he has addressed a ton of seemingly complicated aspects of life with a refreshingly simple yet practical approach.
