It's the very ground, it's the very fabric which I walk on, what I'm made of. It's how I see the world and that motivates me to be a better person every day. And I wanted to add, at this point, this spiritual journey is not just for some monk or some spatial people. I believe anyone can do it. It's all about being kind, staying curious, being aware of your own self, and learning to let go

And one more important thing, that earlier time when we were different kind of bosses, there was a command control leaders. But world now requires a very different kind of leader. We now more than just skills, we need leaders to be more calm, focused, resilient, adaptable, and also inclusive and empathetic. And that where mindfulness comes in, it's like a superpower for leaders, helping them to manage stress, stay focused and make better decisions
