She told him that try to live for others and then you will not get these thoughts. And Rehman says it's one of the most beautiful advice that he got from his mother. He also speaks about his interactions with a sufi spirituality healer later in life, which brought a change to his life. And he felt more at peace and felt something very special when things started working out well for him

You. Spirituality and creativity. I think they go hand in hand, because when you are spiritual, you have an insight into so many things, whether they are inward or outward, and you automatically, I feel you become creative. You could, you know, start dancing in meditation. One could start painting. Or you could be writing down beautiful, inspirational thoughts that come to you through your connection with spirituality. So that definitely makes you more creative. It does, yes

Yes, it is true that spirituality brings changes in life even in vedas. Or it is very clearly mentioned that Vasudev Kutumbakam the whole word is from one family or another. Atmano Mokshartham Jagathita for one's own salvation and for the welfare of the world. So these are some of the quotes from thousands of quotes mentioned which clearly says that spirituality is not about only self, it is about the welfare, the support and the contribution for the bigger the outer world, for the living and nonliving beings
