You staying centered through complete focus and living in the moment, being in the moment and assuring yourself that things will fall in place, that things will work out, that you will be able to manage within the time allocated to your work book. We start paying heed or attention to every single thought that is coming to our mind. Because mind is something which is very, very complex. It's a very perplexing phenomenon. And we have often failed to understand what exactly the mind is trying to play games with us. Sometimes it starts playing friend to us, and many a times it starts working against us. So it's very important that we get into the habit of filtration

Hello. Hi, dear. This is a real good start to really ponder on the effects of why we need to do meditation and yoga. I really appreciate the way you have given your perspective to it, and I am totally in sync with that, but I'm just trying to give my perspective to it, not exactly in a different direction, but the way I conceive the thing about your concept and that thinking about how we can destress our mind. So let me just give my part of it

Hi there, Priti. Thank you so much for your response. I enjoyed listening to it and there are so many takeaways from there. And I agree with you. I think, you know, even in my practice, more than 20 minutes is very difficult to stay put. Right. And that is why, and also meditation is not about focusing. It's perhaps about relaxing. And how do you find, where do you find those 20 minutes of relaxation? It differs from person to person

It could be the environment you're brought up in or this whole attitude towards life where you are very scared to accept that things are working well. There are so many superstitious beliefs. Right? Even the thing of crossing your fingers right before saying something. It's this whole belief that things could go wrong. And I think somewhere that becomes a sort of a way of life where. Till you have proof
