When you first don’t succeed…

I make caramels gummy bears, peppermint patties, all sorts of stuff. Anything except chocolate, really. But then COVID happened. Everything shut down. And I used COVID the time I had, but then everything was shut down. A time for me to experiment with recipes. And the great thing with recipes is that you can't copyright a recipe. So I had like, cookbooks, I found stuff off the Internet, and then I would follow the recipes exactly how it is in the book

Instead of researching more information, I decided to try it my way, just a different way, and turned out pretty good. Sold so many of them all at once that I am gnomed out. gnomed out. I made Nomi, The Homie and some of his friends, some Christmas gnomes, and then just a regular all year long gnome know me. The Homie took off because Nomi The Homie is not like other gnomes. I'll include a picture, but it is me branching off on my own

Gnome. The Homie. Oh, my God. And that is such a cute picture. I love it. I love it. I love it. Okay, here's some. Here's one. Did you hear about the the one legged gnome? He's 1ft tall. What do gnomes love to sing while they're gardening? Gnome worry. Be happy. Why are all gnome jokes all one liners? They are always rather short. Why can't a dwarf be depressed? Because they are compressed

I'm to private message you and give you my address. And don't tell anybody where I live because crazy people stalk me. I'm looking forward to trying some of your candy. You really started your own business. How cool is that? How difficult was that? Like I want to know more

So I dropped a boatload of money down to join this group to teach me about creative financing, which is the group that she was in, and she was going to be my mentor. And I'm looking at the time, I'm going to have to do a part two, please forgive me. And she was assigned as my mentor since we were both local, and she was very successful within her first year, seven figure earner, so on and so forth

Not through creative financing, but through actually using money to buy homes with a cash offer and to either decide to, depending on how numbers look, to fix and flip them or either sell them, as in so I did that. So all of that happened February. I joined this second group the end of February. I have been daily doing the work daily. At one point I was saying, oh, I am almost a real estate investor. No, I've been doing the work

I'm not licensed in Connecticut, but if you can foresee that there's any way that I can help you with any insurance policies, I can certainly look into it to get licensed in Connecticut to help you out. But, yeah, I'm really proud of you, and it sounds like you're really proud of yourself and as you should be. Feels good when you're making that sale. I just sold a policy today, an insurance policy today that covers home auto and an umbrella policy

It's. If at first you don't succeed, throw that s*** at the ball. I'm just kidding. I just had to say that. Yeah. I haven't listened to part two yet, but I will. I just wanted to had to say that. I hope you're having a fantastic day and I appreciate your efforts of trying and trying again. I'm looking forward to listening to part two. Bye

And it's just my creative expression and all this stuff. Right. So I would go to thrift stores, yard sales, whatever, and find furniture. I started small with like nightstands and things like that, that I could sand it down and totally change it into something else using chalkboard paint. There's this or not chalkboard paint. Chalk paint, yeah, there's this medium called chalk paint that you can do all kinds of cool things with

She actually lives in a retirement village, which she's younger than me, and she probably sells it there and she does a really good job with it. But she's also a stay at home mom of two, and she home schools, so I guess she has the extra time. But the one thing with doing that in Arizona, because I know you have to do it, you have to probably had to do it outside
