Substitute the cheese for brie and oh, my God, it just elevates it. I love it. I love it. The texture, the flavor. It's perfect. I had a friend of mine who used to do, like, a baked brie, but would wrap the brie in oh, gosh. What do you call this? Oh, my God. I need to pause. I need to think. Puff pastry. Puff pastry is what I was trying to think of. Yeah
