What piece of art, song, poem, book, basically any media brings out your sensitive side?

Hey, swell cast listeners. So today, actually last night I was listening to a radio and First Day of Your Life by Bright Eyes came on and that song always brings tears to my eyes. For some reason, I just get really choked up. Ah, I guess I was listening to it like when my daughter was born and it was a happy song, but it made me cry. There's a book called Marley and Me. I'm a dog person

I know they're juvenile and they're young, but they make me cry. Like the ones where the sidewalk ends. Those make me cry. That poem. The giver or the book? The giving tree is what I should say. Not the giver, the book. The giving tree that makes me cry. I cry movies too. A lot of movies make me cry. Even if it's like happy cry. A lot of movies make me cry

Now, also, when you're listening to that song, listen to Celine Dion. It's all coming back to me now because when they're singing, when I saw her first, I mean, I can't get the height. When I saw her first. It sounds like Celine Dion's. And he touched me like this. And he touched me like that. Now it's all coming back to me. All coming back to me now

Okay, so total side note, but I do love Tracy Lawrence. He is a gigantic man. Love him. Okay. I listened to both of these songs, like on Blast and I did cry because that song also by Celine Dion, makes me cry. It must be something about that total something in that mix, because they do sound a lot alike. Of course, as always, musical savant, you are correct. I like it. Thank you for pointing it out

My mom died over 20 years ago and basically when I started my spiritual journey, it was right after the loss of my mother. My mother and I were best friends. So just every time I hear that song, it just reminds me of when I was a kid and we would dance in the kitchen while she was making pasta or cookies or whatever she was making. And it just brings back that happy memory. And right now I'm going to choke up

You're. That's such a sweet story. And I can tell that you really miss your mom and yeah. Sitting on the dock of the bay wasting time I don't even know that's lyrics, but yeah, I know that song. I even have, like, the whistling part in my head right now. Sweet. Very sweet

Hey, Jordan. How you doing? Hope you're doing well. This is a good question. And I was sitting listening to your response and I think a lot of things came to mind. And I have a very strong relationship with music. I always have. And there's many, many songs out there that I would almost say move me because they remind me of different people or different parts of my life

One haken. So I'm really sorry you didn't get to see them. They put on a phenomenal show. One of my dear, dear friends is actually one of their merch guys. So I got to go see them a couple of years ago when they were out here and hang out for the night, which is very cool. And I kid you not, 20 minutes ago, I got my tickets arranged for the Plenty show

S***, missed the show. Next week I'm seeing the Beach Boys playing with a symphony. That's going to be fun. I listen to all types of music, and I love Prague rock. I don't know. I listen to angry music. My wife is like, actually, my daughter, she's like, you like angry music? I'm like. Yes, I do

You perhaps, and you can see that you're growing and your emotions are changing because you're taking that song that brings back memories of your father, of when he died, which is, I'm so sorry for that happening, but you're also turning it into the happy memory of your father. And that's what is going to stick with you when you hear the song

To Zion - Lauryn Hill; Beloved - Toni Morrison

It just touches on so many spirituality. It touches on so many key points in this book movie, and there's so many different it's not one of those literal books or movies. It's definitely one that is deep and you can walk away. You can watch one five minute scene and walk away with 20 different perception of what she was trying to convey from that scene. I mean, it's definitely a masterpiece, for sure

It's Jordan. I just thought of another one. It hit me in the fields. I thought of it because I heard it. That song by Whiz Khalifa and featuring Charlie Puth. What is it called? See you again. Stop it. That song literally makes me cry so hard and it's so embarrassing because I want to turn it, I want to switch the song, I just can't. And then I just cry

It's. Yes. Thank you so much for reminding me how much I like Lauren Hill. I haven't listened to that album. It's such a long time. And when I was listening to your Spellcast, I turned it on. I like the Fujis too. Fuji la? Yeah. Great. Great stuff

I see you again. Been a long way from where we can yeah. Fast and Furious seven soundtrack. It's a good piece of pop song. It is. Got a good hip hook to it
