The next villain I'm going to talk about in my little Legend of Korra series is the book to a villain Unlock. Uniloc is Korra's uncle and he is the chief of the Northern water or tribe, from what I remember. And his philosophy as a villain was theocracy. And Theocracy is when religious figures basically are rulers of that society or that government. The government is religionbased. And Uniloc's whole thing was spiritualism
