I talk about how I took my real estate business from being broke to a six figure income and paying off over $220,000 in debt in just about two years in the business. Also, I love being a podcast guest, talking all about business, right? Growing a business organically. A ton of what I talk about is using social media. So super excited to connect with a lot of you. Hi, Sean. Welcome to Swell. I do not have a business or real estate background. I'm an educator and also in the performing arts world studying drama therapy. But I've always had a very entrepreneurial spirit. After my undergrad with a group of my fellow classmates, we started a theater company. And then after my grad school, I started another applied theater company
Hi John, it's super great to have you on Swell and I'm also really looking forward to hearing more from you, especially about like the social media aspect. I feel like that's such an important part of like building up a business or a brand new days and not often talk about in terms of strategy and also just how to balance the real work with social media work.
