Sleep is a Superpower!

The next thing has been meditation for me, watching some type of sleep video, whether that's, you know, ASMR meditation, go to sleep with me video, whatever it might be, those have been super, super helpful. I kid you're not. Ten minute Videos I'm asleep before the ten minute video is over and my sleep is much deeper and I feel a lot more relaxed throughout the night when I wake up

Then I'm just, like, tired all the time. So, yeah, I'm curious if you experience any of that and if you have any advice on it and in general, what time you go to bed and wake up and how many hours that you've found has been optimal for you. I'm sorry if you mentioned that in your post already, but, yeah, thanks for starting this conversation. I love sleep

HRV tracking

You know, the thing that you mentioned that is so key for me is putting the phone down 30 minutes before sleep. It is so key, but it is also very, very tough. It is tough to do. And, you know, for me it is the blue light and all that stuff, but it's more what I'm reading

This way, majority of the days you are sticking to that plan and then if you do have a slip up or if the weekends you just want to sleep in every week, I don't think that's a bad thing. I don't think it really does anything to your overall sleep health, but yeah, I think it's healthier to go into sleep knowing what you're doing versus just sleeping whenever you can and then that's when your quality of sleep kind of goes down

Interesting how it can kind of predict the levels of stress that you can handle, and I'm assuming it's just based off of your heart rate, which is interesting. I'm also intrigued because I forgot the name of the company, but there's a company out there that makes a ring and I'm pretty sure you wear it all day, but it's mainly for sleep and it kind of monitors your heart rate throughout the day, throughout the night
