Being a "Weekend Warrior"

I literally typed in work in Google, and that's the first picture that came up. And I think it was an article titled, like, I Don't Want to Work Anymore, or something along those lines, but that's why I added it, because if you just look at this woman, when people think of work, they immediately think of stress, I don't want to do this. Maybe you don't love your job

It. I see there's a trend with especially the younger people not wanting to work nine to five and what I mean by younger people my age and younger. So I wonder if do you see, like, future, a near future where we live in this society where it's less of a capitalist system and we see more of a socialist society or a socialist system being put into place not to replace capitalism, but just a piece of it, right

Some people just want to I want to work nine to five, I want to check out at five and I don't want to take any work home with me. I want to be done. And that's fine. And that's where I would say you need to find a company that aligns with your level of excitement and then figure out, are we in this together or is it just me?

So I think that people will always be creating and there's always going to be a need for jobs, but people might not always want to do every job out there. There's also people that maybe come from a very, very poor background, maybe even from a different country, and they come here. For example, my grandpa was a landscaper in Spain, moved here and started his own landscaping business and was mildly successful with that and had a great life, in his opinion

And I think that's kind of the overall message to what we're saying here. And that basically a lot of people are realizing that you don't have to work somewhere that you hate. There's plenty of options out there with the growth, with applications being online, the internet going absolutely berserky over year, people are able to kind of pick and choose now, which is a little bit different than what was available in the past. It's a super interesting time
