Performing procrastination lead to anxiety, poor study habits. It can leave us with a feeling of laziness guilt. Procrastination is just like a negative functioning which risks our productivity and sometimes opportunities also. Second thing would be about consistency. See very small steps every day every day towards your goal can lead to a huge change in your life

Hello Joshika. That was really an informative one. Especially I love the line which is said about selfdiscipline. And of course it's d*** true. So selfdiscipline is the ability to push yourself forward, stay motivated and take action regardless of how you're feeling physically or emotionally.
