Eat right, drink a lot of water. Focus on being thankful. Focus on whatever you need to focus on to keep you from being depressed. Because you're next. I'm next. This is great. This is a moment that you can't get back that's peace of mind. Look forward to it. Strive for it. Aim for it. Write it down. Speak it into existence. Just start meditating on what you need to happen for you
