But having to do something versus wanting to do something, two totally different things, two totally different planets. I think so often we get caught up as we get caught up in all the things that we think we have to do. And one thing that I do understand about myself is that the baby steps, the little things in life, like the edging of a puzzle people don't really usually focus on the edging of a puzzle until it's time to put one together. When you see a puzzle put together, no one's really focused on the edging of the puzzle. But that's the most important part of the puzzle. And it's also where most of the smallest pieces are at

I mean, I'm so used to doing so many things at once that I get burned out. And this is what I teach a lot of my clients, is just to manage your emotions and your thoughts around everything that you're doing. And in this case, for resolutions, for me personally, one of my resolutions or my self growth opportunity this year is going to be taking on less, not overwhelming myself to the point where the fun wears off. Right?
