I see a young soul who has struggled to find his unique voice identity while doing his best to keep from sinking beneath the waves of life in the process of constant renewal to find and define divine masculinity. In the mirror I see the reflection of social withdrawal to protect my peace and my energy breaking the iron chains of Timidity. I see the reflection of someone who has been way too hard on himself all for the sake of gaining the approval of others relatives, peers and would be lovers

I love this and it was powerful and it was strong, it was brave and it was vulnerable. It was so many things, but it was so good. It was so good. And I want you to know it was so good. I am totally going to follow you and listen. I am finding so many people within the poetry community here on Swell, and I can't say that there's anyone bad or anything that I've come across
