Younger workers return to San Francisco and the Bay Srea.

That flexibility is apparently not quite as apparent in other markets around the country, but that's been a very attractive feature for attracting younger workers back to the Bay Area, notwithstanding the fact that our rents remain high. So I thought I would share those points with you as we enter the new Year, even though downtown our office towers remain with very high vacancy rates, at least we have this positive news that younger workers, younger professionals, are flocking back to the Bay Area in droves

That is indeed very exciting. I've been having a lot of discussions about California recently and how I moved out of California because, yes, everything was getting so much more expensive and Mother Nature really has her way there, whether it be fires or flooding or whatever it may be and how California kind of lost its glimmer. For me, however, it sounds like you take so much pride in being a San Franciscan

Hey, this is pretty fascinating information. I wonder if it's just the flexibility in work life balance. Maybe it's location. But it is cool to hear that there are still an influx of people heading into these major California cities. Because all I hear is everybody moving out. So thanks for reporting from the ground and I hope you have a blessed day

Hey, Jim, I was wondering if you could share a link to the report. It's really fascinating and I just wonder what it's going to be like with all the layoffs that's now happening in the Bay Area

This is really great news that San Jimsanfrancisco is a wonderful city. I also hope it starts cleaning up to what it used to be before. Just like La. You know, it's wonderful cities with so much to offer, but they've kind of gotten dirtier during the years past. But this is great news to hear
