"While you are healing" book review
So I recently just finished a book called While You Are Healing by Palm Casey. If you're getting out of a relationship or in the middle of family relationships, whether it be something you've been in for a long time or something short lived, this is a good book to help you get through those tough times. It's a series of homes. It's about 300 and something odd pages. It's very good

Hey, John. Thanks for sharing this review of the book. I was wondering if there was a poem that's particularly stood out to you or that you find yourself really going back to. And if you want to, could you share it?

And right now, I'm still going through a healing process. It's very difficult because day by day, I want to reach out to that person, but I just know it's not ever going to happen again. And it's it's very disappointing. I'm not mad, I'm not sad. It's just disappointing. But, yeah, let me know what you think. And thanks for the reply. Have a good one. bye
And so there's this boundary of not doing more for her than she does for me. So I just learned to have boundaries to where she's not taking my energy away from me and I'm still able to love myself and not be hurt by her. So most definitely just spending time by yourself and healing is like, the best thing you can do for yourself and understanding what you need and how to let other people know what you need
