I had about a couple of cups of those cooked cups, and then I took the and drained the broth off of the lentils and put it in my pan, and I diced up three small potatoes and put those in there. I had a can of stewed tomatoes. I put in a couple of good size fistfuls of collard greens, and so that was my vegetable base. And then I added the chicken back. For the actual curry, I made my own blend

So this is sort of a curry using southern style vegetables. It was quite good. I'm surprised that I'm not hungry after I eat it. Oh, and I also served it with basmati rice, and I've really come to like basmati rice. So anyway, that's my effort.
