A few thoughts about Swell.

But I never have received the types of responses from folks like I have here. If you were to go to my Facebook page, for instance, you would find that I have about 30 people that I am engaged with. And here on this platform I have over 130. And what's really unique about it is none of those are my family or my friends. These are all new folks that I've engaged with. And that's just awesome. It just really is

Hi. I just wanted to make one more comment about what I think makes swell just really special and that is that in my experience it's not mean spirited. People treat each other with respect and kindness and that's phenomenal. That really is. We all know if you go to some of the other social platforms, it's right from the get go extraordinarily mean spirited

There's so many demographics, so many people of so many different ethnicities, and it's amazing because we don't know whether we're black or white unless we actually look at the picture, right? So I love the fact that we can have conversations on here, be respectful, agree to disagree if we need to, and still be positive. We all share so much valuable information. We learn from each other on the daily

My belief is that our culture, more specifically United States, because that's where I'm at and I can only speak for here, not other countries we have transitioned over time to. Everyone must be on the same page, everyone must agree. And if I have an opposite thought from another person, it's labeled as combative or not an easy person to work with, or all things negative versus it simply being a fact. Your thought is x, my thought is y
