And so one family makes the entree, the vegetables, and any kind of bread that we're going to make and drinks. That's the host family. The guest family is in charge of a dessert from the country that's being studied and learned about. And my last country that I did two weeks ago was I was challenged to do a cantonese dinner. And it was hard. I had not ever made anything like it

Hey, here's a brief one. Thank you so much for the invite. And Cantonese, huh? That's really cool. And I really want to know, what's your favorite light country so far? Because you've probably done enough of them, and it sounds so fun, especially to have your own guests come and they, like, feature a dessert. It's like, okay. The sweetest part of my night is that the sweethearts that came to visit me bring me sweets. Awesome

The flavors of the fish and the shrimp and, you know, the vegetables and everything, it was just really, really outstanding. So Brazil has one of the best tasting dishes that I ever made, but it also has one of the. One of the worst, one of the ones I will never make again. And again, I'm sorry I can't say the name of it in Spanish, but it was basically a fried flour, and I just did not like it at all
