Letting go of debilitating thoughts

You. So a lot of what I teach is tricks to get rid of negative, debilitating thoughts. And a lot of the way that I do it is I visualize them because thoughts are transient. They come, they go. So I visualize them like storm clouds, and I just put whatever it is on the cloud and visualize it floating away. So if you're not visual, it needs to be something that maybe you work on
