Work relationships
You need to learn how to separate it. Sometimes we don't like to follow other people's rules, or we think it's wrong. And sometimes I speak up and there's times I don't because I feel like no matter what I'm going to say, we got to go buy it. So to make it the story short and just to put it out there and maybe you have an input on this, how do you have your work relationships?
And I want, when people come to work that there is a clear mind to doing your job specifically. So I don't try to make strict rules on friendships and stuff like that, but I usually really try to keep things separate. So a lot of times the guys that work with me just stay at work. I don't rarely call anybody from my work crew on my personal time
