But I did all these things thinking that he would love me, that would keep him and it would keep him satisfied that me showing him love would make him want to love me the way I wanted to be loved, me showing love and thinking that he would love me and show me love. When a person loves you, they will show you that they love you, they will be there for you, they won't try to cause pain and affliction to you. And that goes for male or woman. I'm not just saying that is men that are abusive because we have women that are abusive as well. And that is something that is not acceptable. And when they hit you, that is not love. That is far from love. We must learn what love is

Love doesn't look out for itself. Love doesn't make you feel bad about yourself. But love builds you up. Love encourages you. Love supports you. Love takes care of you. And there's no greater love than we can have, than what we can find when we give our lives to God and we begin to serve Him and begin to know the fullness of Him. So thank you again for sharing
