(you), bloom

Hey, everybody, it's Jay. I wanted to take a moment to share a poem with you called You Bloom. This poem is the baby of the whole You Bloom movement. Before there was a writing process, there was this poem. And this poem is the word expression of the growth that I've experienced through dealing with mental health issues, through dealing with life. So this is where it came from. You'll find out very soon about me that I love Sunflowers

Jay. I just love this piece. Just a quick thought on what it brought to my mind and heart as I was listening to read that if anybody experienced loss or grieving, I just think that you could find yourself on the floor, fetal position, burned out, cried out, you're on the ground. And your poem kind of gives the vibe, gives the hope that we can get back up. And it might take a little bit while, but it's possible

I don't think the photo shoot ever happened, but I think I wrote before the photo shoot. And so I think it was women with these flowers, and they were just adorned with flowers and their body. And oftentimes as women, we are everything that you just expressed burnt out, cried out, tired, worn down. And I know for my own self, especially after having my daughter, I found myself at a very, very low place

Hey there. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I just thought this was a coincidence. I took a picture this morning of the side of my Kombucha bottle, and it had a little quote about Ruin Bloom. So I just wanted to share the picture with you. Again, thanks for replying and thanks for posting, and maybe we'll talk again
