Skipping Steps...Step 7

article image placeholderUploaded by @jaimichaela_
Not always, but a lot of times it does. It's like writing is the release, you know what I mean? But I sure did get stuck writing because I was stuck in anticipation, and I still am. And so I'm skipping to step seven because I don't know when my anticipation piece is going to be written. So I am going to reflect. I'm going to reflect on the free, right, but I'm also just going to reflect on the last seven days

I totally feel you. I definitely get stuck in anticipation a lot of the times, and it's hard to break that cycle in my brain. But important. Very important. And I really like your accompanying anecdote. And I also like the concept of skipping steps because I think it shows it's it's human to not do things in the perfect order always and to and to also have enough adaptability so as to learn when it's okay to break the order and knowing when it's needed

Hey there. Thank you so much for responding. I really appreciate it. It gave me some something to think about. I have a two year old and when I am dealing with her and raising her and everything like that, and I'm also an educator, so these two places that kind of cross over. And I noticed that my daughter experiences challenges with rigidity, and we've noticed it for some time. And so we're in the process of getting her evaluated for autism
