Introspection is selfexamination or the contemplation of one's own thoughts and sensations. It is practiced by turning our mind inwards and looking at what is within our own mind. By observing our own thoughts and actions, we come to know about the person we actually are. Thank you so much for making us well on self analysis. Most of the time we actually forget to analyze ourselves, to think about ourselves, to understand how are we behaving, what we are, what issues we have, what problems do are we facing? Are we is facing it because of our thoughts, or it is because of some external situation?
