You don't brag about abusing anybody or anything, unless it's a punching bag or another punching bag. It's just that you just don't brag about it. You don't brag about abusing a female, a woman girl, whatever. It's just wrong. And from my standpoint, speaking professionally, if he does it again, I'll probably write them up or just let him go. But I gave him a warning

In Canada, 40% of women, at least once in their lifetime will experience intimate partner violence. Currently, right now in Canada, one in ten women are at risk of intimate partner domestic violence.
