I didn't realize until after, much later, when I had been hospitalized, that I was in danger of having imminent heart attack, passing out, dying in a pool of my own blood. But that happened a few times. Anyway. This next poem is called Sensitive, and it's short, but it kind of illustrates some of that feeling
That's what you were looking for. You were looking for some kind of change or some kind of way to get out. And as you are today, it seems like you're doing better. And so I just really hope that you're able to reach the people that you need to on this platform or in real life and just kind of really be that support for them, because there are many people who are going through addiction and recovery.
