Hi. Thank you so much for sharing this in the image. That's really cool that you were able to do that. Yes. Image work and video and creativity for me has helped in my sober journey. I study drama therapy, and so much of that work work is being able to externalize the feeling because, like you said, everything, it's so personal, it's so individual, but yet also so relatable to people who are experiencing similar things
