And the point of that is just so I don't pick up. But with time, I also let go of some of the medications as long as I touch base with my doctors. And once I do let go of medications, or some of them, then feelings hit differently and my mind works differently and I start to, I don't know, feel myself become a different person and I have to reevaluate how to deal with feelings again
