They may seem normal on the outside or they don't want to accept that there's something wrong with them. They don't seek help. And there's a lot of taboo as well because even now people feel that going to a psychiatrist means you're insane or you're crazy. And if somebody will get to know about it, they put a label on you and it just spreads in the community. And people, even relatives or your own siblings, it all starts with where you live

Thanks for the invite. Yes, it's very important to realize, I think you touch upon some very interesting points, but it's important to communicate. I think it is also important to learn and know. If any of you who are listening, feeling alone or feeling left out, please be known that you're not alone. There's always somebody out there to hear you without judging you. There are enough platforms where you will find similar people like you

Thanks for the invite…I always tried to deal in truth not lies so whatever i have in my life is real, is for a reason so i never feel hollow in life.

Hello, everyone. Thanks for the invite. For me, the hack for my mental health was accepting the reality for what it is. I never tried to have perceptions over things, any happy or sad or good or bad ad I just let the things, the situations, the words, the people flow through me and let it do what they can

Hi Via. So, as you said, the mentor is a tab where we use it to call everyone. But we don't think about the deep meaning of term mentor. We should more concentrate it to stable our mental from the influences like social media and all. Whatever comes influences, it is our side that what we need to do will be decided by ourselves, right? So having a stable mental stability is more important in our daily life as well as while especially during the decisionmaking times

It is good thing that more and more people are coming forward to speak about their mental health but it is an area still underdressed underdressed I feel meaning people need to create more noise in order to destigmatise mental health. So if you identify identify yourself going in a downward spiral have a chat with a nonjudgmental person who shows willingness
