Will campaign changes the mindset of people about menstrual hygiene

article image placeholderUploaded by @its_riiyya
It was concluded that periods are something that shouldn't be talked about with a temple in our society. The ladies even got angry. We were talking about this in front of god. Stigma regarding menstrual hygiene and the taboo behind it would not be changed unless we don't welcome the change. Such campaign may come and go, but people's mindset would not change till the time women don't judge seeing it as something dirty and impure

Learning begins early !

It should be normalizing, this conversation, moving forward, and it's not be some, oh, my God, I don't want to talk about it. Chand so I will share this forward and resell as much as I can. And whoever else is listening to this must share forward. People should be made aware of it and should be absolutely comfortable with it. In fact, those men who are not comfortable with it, they need to be taught and explained and shared. Why?

I'll give you a good example. Not related to menstruation, related to something else. There's the Aayan campaign, which is run under Brian Melinda Gates foundation and Uber. These are agencies that are trying to eliminate AIDS, mother to child AIDS transmission across India. And they have managed to do it before deadline. You know how they did it? They didn't go around telling people. And honestly, they are not just on track, they are before time in getting this done
