They had done many interactions, dinners together, wonderful conversations, lots of positive time. The family said she was good for him. They seemed to really enjoy each other. But as he got sick, there was distance and miscommunication. And I could see that my grandmother was getting hurt in some of it. And when it came time for the funeral, they barely invited her or the family. Now, my interactions with Wally, Mr. Wally, were different

This all happened in 2012, and I've always been respectful to her and such, but the way she treated my sister and I leading up to my father's final two weeks of life and after was just not right. And so I do try very hard to see the positive in human qualities in people, and I do in many people. But, yeah, this was hard to. To deal with. But I like the way that you choose to frame your mindset around the situation
