I think when you are the oldest child or you've ever been parentified in your family's dynamics, you're the go to person for all the solutions. You always have to stick up for everybody. You got to make sure tasks are getting done. You're never really still. You're never really quiet. And when you have that luxury to be quiet, seize that opportunity

You. Hi. I know exactly what you mean. Noise all the time around, working, going everywhere, you hear noise. Traffic noise, people yelling and screaming in different places. And it's just, you know, at times you need peace and quiet. And when you get that, you be like, listen, and it's just nothing. And that's great to hear. Nothing.
