Job Hopping- Im Not Ashamed That I Do It Here’s Why

I know for me, end goal. Like my dream job is within marketing is within social media. If I'm not doing that, I'm doing myself a disservice. And I feel like if you are in a place right now where you're at a job, you're just like, this is not for me. Take this as your sign to go back on these job search engines and look for jobs. What are they looking for? Do you need to tailor your cover letter?

And most businesses, unless they're like, maybe small, all family run, but truly most business, and definitely every company, has one goal in mind, and that's to make money. They just want to make money. If you don't fit in those plans, very few companies, I think, will be kind of as empathetic as we would expect a regular human being to be, but that's how it's built

So, yeah, ever since that interaction and that encounter, I have always made sure to choose myself. If I see that I'm not being appreciated, not being valued, not being seen, not being heard. I'm not wasting precious time nowhere that I don't feel like I'm being a valued asset and vice versa. So I know this is, like, a very touchy subject for a lot of people because some people, like you said, have this emotional attachment to a job
