Coloring To Release My Inner Child

article image placeholderUploaded by @IsabellaSabrina
Like it's not being judged, it's not put it in an art show, you know, this is for my own, for my eyes only. And it's so releasing I. Whatever energy or mood I'm feeling, I literally put my all onto the page when I color and when I'm done, I feel so happy. You know, I could say the same thing with doing this podcast every day

I loved it. And still I find myself in moments of, I don't know, when I need to connect with, with myself, just kind of creating a little space where I can, where I can just draw for a bit. Yeah, it's, it's really, it's really lovely and I, and I love what you're, what you're talking about here, your personal relationship to it. It's really beautiful. Thank you so much. Yeah, thanks for sharing

Hey, I just want to say thank you for responding. I greatly appreciate it. And I get so much joy when I see that she responded to a post because I'm like, oh my goodness, I can't wait to hear what they have to say. Yeah, coloring is so freeing to me. And there's no rules, there's no strict guideline on how you're supposed to color what you're supposed to to do
