And I think this is a great testament of my therapy working because I really could have shut down like I usually do. I could have start crying like I usually do. But I said, no, we're not going to give into the critical voice. We're not going to give into this negative energy. We are going to regroup and we are going to recenter our thoughts

But I've kind of been inspired to do one in my own voice of an assortment of mantras and goals and just exactly what you're speaking, but having it set so it's put overlaid with some very relaxing, peaceful music and it's done really high quality. And then that way I can just produce it and listen to it in the morning with the meditation or when I'm driving or in the shower. Just anytime I'm kind of chilling out and accessing that subconscious mind
