Finding my belonging, finding my sisterhood that I can cultivate for myself so I don't feel like all I do is wake up, go to work, and repeat, because that's not a good cycle. You need to have some type of fulfillment, some type of joy besides your work. And there's nothing wrong with just being focused on your work. That's cool if that's for you. But for me, I like having different spaces where I can switch in the morning
